I always advocate a skincare routine and I like to do some sort of facial once a week now. It's good skincare maintenance at the very least so I want to teach you how to do an at-home facial. Not everyone can afford those expensive facials at a SPA. On the other hand, sometimes you don't find the time to visit the salon. If your skin is sensitive, then using natural products is a very good option. These have no side effects and are very beneficial for healthy skin.
1. Cleansing.
First of all, wash your face to remove dirt or any kind of makeup. Washing and cleaning your face is important before any skincare routine or facial. You can use milk to clean your skin. Apply milk with a bit of cotton on your face. Massage it for a few minutes and rinse it with cool water. Milk has cleansing and moisturizing properties.
2. Steaming.
Steaming before scrubbing is beneficial for cleaning dirt and blackheads easily. For this, take some warm water and put 4 leaves of mint and a 1 tsp of green tea in it. Boil this water! After boiling, cover your head and steam your face with this water.
3. Scrubbing ___ Homemade face scrub for glowing skin.
Scrubbing is necessary to remove dead cells and dirt. Dead cells make your skin dull and cause pimples. Everyone has a different skin type, so I am going to suggest a homemade scrub according to your skin type.
